Mesh deck as safe and robust pallet racking component for additional load support

This mesh deck is designed to be placed on beam pairs of a 1100 mm deep pallet racking system and creates a stable load surface with added safety. With uniformly distributed load capacity of up to 1000 kg and a mesh size of 60 x 100 mm, it is a practical solution for warehouses where pallets are partially supported on beams and fall risks need to be minimised. Reinforcing profiles ensure the deck seats securely on the beams, suitable for beam thicknesses of 40–50 mm.

Warehouse application

The 35 mm turned edge on front and rear sides overhangs the beams and helps prevent shifting, contributing to a stable and predictable storage position. Note any beam labels: the turned edge may overlap them. For a beam level of 2700 mm length, typically two decks are sufficient to cover the level.
