This mesh deck of 1090x1100 mm is a robust mesh shelf for 1100 mm deep pallet racks and provides reliable support on beam pairs. With evenly distributed load capacity up to 800 kg, you create a stable shelf layer and reduce the risk of load drop when pallets rest (partly) on the beams. The mesh size of 60x100 mm offers a practical combination of bearing surface and visibility in the bay.

Application in the warehouse

The deck is fitted with reinforcing profiles that rest on the beams and is suitable for beams with a thickness of 40–50 mm. The turned edge at front and rear (35 mm) overlaps the beams, keeping the mesh deck in place more securely; account for any beam labels when installing.

Practical for replacement or expansion

This size is designed for block pallet configurations: on 2200 mm beam length use 2 decks of 1090 mm, and on 3300 mm 3 units. This makes it a practical choice for quick replacement or consistent expansion of existing bay layouts within compatible accessories.
