This mesh deck of 1090 x 1100 mm is a robust mesh shelf that is laid on beam pairs to create a flat and supportive load surface in your pallet racking. With an evenly distributed load capacity of up to 500 kg and a mesh size of 60 x 100 mm, it is suitable for daily warehouse use, with the reinforcing profiles resting neatly on the beams. The turned edge (35 mm) on the front and rear sides grips over the beams and helps prevent sliding.

Application in the warehouse

In 1100 mm deep racks, this type of mesh deck is often used as fall protection when pallets (partly) rest on the beams. This size is designed for block pallet arrangements and is applicable for beam lengths of 2200 and 3300 mm, with two or three mesh decks per bay respectively. Suitable for beams with a thickness of 40–50 mm.
