Mesh deck pallet racking component for safe and stable shelf support

This mesh deck is designed for installation on beam pairs in a pallet racking system with 1100 mm depth and provides a reliable load-bearing surface for boxes, crates and loose goods. With evenly distributed load capacity up to 500 kg and a mesh size of 60 x 100 mm, the deck combines reliable support with visibility and air circulation. The turned-up edges of 35 mm on the front and rear sit over the beams for stable positioning.

Warehouse application

The mesh deck rests with reinforcement profiles on the beams and is suitable for beam thicknesses of 40–50 mm. Within a bay width, multiple decks are placed side by side; for 2700 mm beams you typically use three pieces of 880 mm, and for 3600 mm beams four pieces. Ideal for creating pick locations or partially filling pallet positions without solid shelves.

Practical for replacement or expansion
