Galvanized beam as a solid basis for stable pallet racking
This Dexion beam is a new, galvanized 2C beam for pallet racking, intended to safely support pallet loads within a P90 configuration. With a length of 3300 mm and a profile of 150 x 50 mm, it offers a robust beam solution for professional warehouse fit-out. The beam is supplied including 2 locking pins for secure locking into the frame.
Application in the warehouse
Together with the frames, the beam forms the load-bearing level of your racking. Thanks to connector type C35, this version is suitable for P90 frames with a material thickness of up to and including 2.5 mm. The galvanized finish is practical in environments where extra protection against corrosion is desired.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal when you want to expand an existing Dexion P90 pallet racking or quickly replace a damaged beam without compromising on fit and safety. The recognizable Dexion coding on the beam helps ensure consistent interchangeability within the same system.
Suitable for pallets
With a beam length of 3300 mm, this beam pair provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to NEN-EN 15512 standards, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 1000 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets total) also fits. This size matches bays specifically set up for this type of pallet.
