This new Dexion beam is intended for building or repairing a pallet racking bay within the P90 series. The galvanised finish supports long-term use, while the beam's 2700 mm length offers a practical span for warehouse layouts. With a height of 160 mm and a material thickness of 2.0 mm, this is a solid choice for professional racking construction.
Application in the warehouse
The beam forms the load-bearing connection between two uprights and determines the bay layout of your racking. Thanks to the C35 connector type, this version is suitable for frames with a material thickness up to and including 2.5 mm. For extra security, 2 locking pins are included, so the beam can be properly locked in place.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for damage repair, reconfiguration, or expansion of existing Dexion P90 setups. The coding on the beam supports quick identification and prevents incorrect installation during service or project work.
Suitable for pallets
With a beam length of 2700 mm, this beam pair accommodates three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clear space of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 800 mm. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
