Galvanized beam as a stable support for pallet racking in demanding warehouses
This new Dexion beam is designed for building up or restoring a reliable beam level within a pallet racking system. The galvanized finish helps limit corrosion and makes the beam suitable for environments where durability and ease of maintenance are important. With a length of 2700 mm and a profile height of 120 mm, it forms a solid basis for an efficient storage layout.
Application in the warehouse
The beam is used as a horizontal support bar between two frames and, together with the level, determines the storage height and bay layout. This version is intended for the Dexion P90 product series and is supplied including 2 locking pins for secure locking into the frame.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Useful for damage repair or expanding existing racking: the same P90 connection is retained thanks to connector type C35, suitable for frames with a material thickness up to and including 2.5 mm. The material thickness of 1.3 mm combines a solid weight with practical handling during assembly.
Suitable for pallets
With a beam length of 2700 mm, this pair of beams provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 800 mm. This dimension matches bays specifically set up for this type of pallet.
