This new Polypal frame type S520 forms the load-bearing side of a pallet racking system and is designed for professional warehouse storage where reliability and dimensional accuracy matter. With an assembled dimension of 4750 x 1100 mm, this complete frame provides a solid foundation for building or restoring a racking bay within a Polypal configuration.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of the racking and, together with beams, ensures the stability of the entire structure. This frame is supplied with two S520 uprights (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep), base plates and both horizontal and diagonal bracing, so that loads and forces are properly absorbed by the system.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable when you want to replace a damaged frame or expand an existing Polypal racking system with a complete, consistent foundation. Includes matching fastening material and is delivered unassembled as standard, which simplifies transport and on-site handling.
