Complete frame for stable and safe pallet racking assembly
This new Polypal frame type S520 forms the load-bearing structure of your pallet racking and is designed as a solid base for beams and further assembly. With an assembled dimension of 3500 x 1100 mm, this complete frame is suitable for warehouse environments where reliability, dimensional accuracy and neat installation are important. The frame consists of two uprights (S520) with a profile of 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep.
Application in the warehouse
Frames determine the height and depth of the racking and, together with the bracing, provide the required rigidity. This frame is supplied with horizontal and diagonal bracing and base plates, so that the structure can be firmly placed on the floor and the load is safely supported.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Convenient for B2B projects such as replacing a damaged frame or expanding an existing setup with identical S520 components. Includes associated fastening material and is supplied unassembled as standard, unless otherwise specified.
