Complete pallet racking frame for a stable load-bearing structure and safe storage
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for pallet racking, intended as the load-bearing side of a racking row. With assembled dimensions of 13000 x 1100 mm, it provides a solid basis for building or replacing a warehouse layout. The frame is made up of two M520 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) and is supplied complete with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the associated fixing materials.
Application in the warehouse
An upright frame determines the stability and alignment of the racking and transfers the forces to the floor via the base plates. This frame is used where a reliable structure is needed for pallet storage and where dimensions and system type are important within a Polypal M520 setup.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable for B2B projects where a frame needs to be replaced quickly and in a controlled manner, or where an existing racking row needs to be expanded. Delivery is standard unassembled, keeping transport and handling efficient, unless stated otherwise.
