Complete frame as a solid foundation for a safe pallet racking system
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright assembly for pallet racking, intended as the load-bearing side structure on which beams are placed. With an assembled size of 4750 x 1100 mm, it forms a stable base for storage locations in warehouses and distribution centres. The set is built with two M320 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) and is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing, and the corresponding mounting materials.
Application in the warehouse
A frame determines the height and depth of a racking row and contributes to the rigidity and alignment of the system. This type of complete frame is used for new installations or the reorganisation of pallet racking, where a reliable and consistent structure is essential for safe working and efficient storage.
Practical for replacement or expansion
As the frame is supplied complete, it is suitable for quickly replacing damaged components or expanding an existing setup within the same Polypal M320 line. Delivery is unassembled as standard, unless stated otherwise, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
