Complete frame as a solid basis for a safe pallet racking structure
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright frame for pallet racking and forms the load-bearing side structure onto which beams are hooked. With an assembled dimension of 4500 x 1100 mm, it is intended for warehouse environments where stability, repeatable assembly and reliable support of racking bays are essential. The frame is built up from type M320 uprights and is supplied as a complete set with the required components.
Application in the warehouse
An upright frame determines the height and depth of your racking row and carries the load via the base plates to the floor. This frame has a depth of 1100 mm and consists of two M320 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) with horizontal and diagonal bracing for rigidity. Ideal for new installations, reconfigurations or replacing damaged frames in a Polypal system.
Practical for replacement or extension
For technical services and warehouse fitters, this frame is an efficient choice as mounting materials are included and delivery is standard unassembled, simplifying transport and handling. This allows you to quickly expand or repair a racking section with a new, complete frame from Polypal.
