This mesh deck is a sturdy mesh shelf for placement on beam pairs in a pallet racking system with 1100 mm depth. With an evenly distributed load capacity of 500 kg, you can quickly create a stable shelf for boxes, loose items and pallets that cannot rest directly on beams. The mesh size of 60 x 100 mm offers a practical balance between support and visibility in the bay.

Application in the warehouse

Thanks to the reinforcement profiles that rest on the beam, the deck stays tight and the load is well distributed. The turned edge of 35 mm at the front and rear overhangs the beams and helps prevent shifting. Suitable for beams with a thickness of 40–50 mm, making it easy to integrate into existing racking bays.
