This standalone Bauer Container spill pallet with pressed grid is designed to capture leaks in a controlled manner at the ground level of a pallet racking system. With a capacity of approximately 1142 liters and a robust 3 mm steel construction, it provides a reliable foundation for businesses working with liquids and requiring strict safety and environmental standards. The spill pallet is available in coated or galvanized finish and is equipped with a grid on which goods can be placed securely.

Application in the warehouse

The spill pallet is designed for placement within a section width of 3300 mm and has a height of 355 mm and a depth of 1300 mm. The pressed grid has a load capacity of 1000 kg/m², making storage on the grid practical. After production, the pallet is leak-tested and suitable for flammable liquids (GHS 1-3) and water-polluting liquids (GHS 1-4).

Practical for replacement or expansion

Thanks to 100 mm of free space under the pallet, relocation with a forklift or reach truck is possible, which is convenient for rearrangement, maintenance, or expansion of racking materials. For use with a stacker, a special version is available; please contact us for details.
