This standalone Bauer Container spill pallet is designed to catch leakages in a controlled manner beneath pallets at the ground level of a pallet racking system. With a section width of 2700 mm and a collection volume of 1135 litres, it helps protect your floor, inventory and workplace when storing flammable liquids (GHS 1–3) and water-polluting liquids (GHS 1–4). The pallet is manufactured from 3 mm steel, leak-tested and available in coated or galvanised finish.

Application in the warehouse

The spill pallet is positioned standalone and has a depth of 1300 mm and height of 435 mm. Thanks to 100 mm clearance at the base, it can be moved with a forklift or reach truck, which is convenient for reconfiguration or cleaning. The unit is supplied without grid or pallet platform attachments; in practice, a pair of beams is often placed above the spill pallet for stable positioning of the pallets.
