This freestanding Bauer Container spill pallet with pressed grid is designed for placement in the ground section of a pallet racking and helps to contain leaks in a controlled manner. With a containment capacity of 329 liters and a robust steel construction of 3 mm, this is a practical solution for B2B warehouses where liquids are stored. The spill pallet is available in coated or galvanized finish and is supplied with a grid on which goods can be stably placed.

Application in the warehouse

Suitable for section widths of 2200 or 2225 mm and designed for logistics use: thanks to 100 mm clearance beneath the pallet, movement with forklift or reach truck is possible. The pressed grid carries up to 1000 kg/m², making storage on the grid efficient without direct contact with the containment area. Applicable for flammable liquids (GHS 1-3) and water-polluting liquids (GHS 1-4).

Practical for replacement or expansion

Ideal when upgrading existing pallet racking with liquid containment or expanding storage zones. The leak tightness is tested after production, providing certainty during daily use. Depth of 1300 mm and its own weight of 163 kg ensure a solid, stable base in the ground section.
