This standalone spill pallet is designed for placement at the ground level of a pallet racking system and helps to contain spills and leaks in a controlled manner. With a capacity of 338 liters, it offers a practical solution for companies storing liquids in racking and wanting to protect their warehouse floor. The pallet is made from 3 mm steel and leak-tested after production, which is important for reliable use in daily logistics.

Application in the warehouse

Suitable for section widths of 2200 or 2225 mm and with a depth of 1300 mm, this spill pallet fits at the bottom of the racking without additional pallet supports. It is designed for, among others, flammable liquids (GHS 1-3) and water-polluting liquids (GHS 1-4). For stable storage, it is recommended to place a pair of beams above the spill pallet.

Practical for replacement or expansion

Thanks to 100 mm clearance at the bottom, moving with a forklift or reach truck is possible, which is convenient for reconfiguration or maintenance. Available coated or galvanized, so you can choose what suits your environment and use.
