Shim plate as precise foundation for stable pallet racking feet

This Stow shim plate of 1 mm is designed to fill base plates of a pallet racking installation neatly and ensure that assembly on a floor is tight and level. The plate is suitable for base plates measuring 220 x 160 mm and helps compensate for minor floor irregularities, allowing load to be distributed better and the frame to stand more stably.

Application in the warehouse

In narrow aisle and VNA setups, precise alignment is especially important. This shim plate is therefore frequently used with Stow frame types from PLFB 29 onwards. Application is straightforward: during placement or repositioning of a racking foot, the shim plate is inserted under the base plate to compensate for height differences.

Practical for replacement or expansion

For maintenance, reinspection or expansion of existing racks, this is a targeted pallet racking component. The shim plate is compatible with 220 x 160 mm base plates, including PNAB 242, PNAB 0242S, PNAB 0446 and PNAB 0446S, allowing you to work quickly and consistently when replacing parts.
