This new Stow 2C-beam is intended for building, expanding or repairing pallet racking in a professional warehouse environment. With type PNB 0436/1.5 and a length of 2200 mm, you create a stable level on which pallets can be reliably stored. The beam height of 160 mm and thickness of 50 mm ensure a solid construction, suited to applications where reliability and neat loading matter.
Application in the warehouse
The beam forms the load-bearing connection between the uprights and determines the bay layout of your racking. This version is supplied including 2 locking pins, so that the beam is securely locked in place after installation, limiting unwanted detachment due to vibrations or forklift movements.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable as a replacement pallet racking component in case of damage or as an additional beam when reorganizing storage. The material thickness of 1.5 mm makes this a practical choice for companies that want to keep building consistently and safely within Stow systems.
Suitable for pallets
With a beam length of 2200 mm, this beam pair accommodates two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
