Robust 2C beam as a load-bearing beam for stable pallet storage
This Still 2C beam is a load-bearing beam for pallet racking with which you build a safe and stable beam level between the uprights. With a length of 3100 mm and a height of 160 mm, this is a commonly used solution for wide bays in warehouse racking. The beam is supplied including 2 locking pins, so the connection with the frame can be secured immediately.
Application in the warehouse
In a pallet racking system, the beam determines the load-bearing structure on which pallets rest and with which you can flexibly adjust your storage layout. This Still beam is designed for installation in Still racking and helps to efficiently configure bay heights and levels, with a sturdy construction thanks to 2.0 mm material thickness and a profile of 160 x 50 mm.

With a beam length of 3100 mm, three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) fit side by side on this beam pair. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 933.3 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
