Robust beam as a pallet racking component for stable bay layout
This Still 2C-beam is a load-bearing beam for pallet racking with which you can safely build or restore racking bays. The beam has a length of 2200 mm and a profile of 160 x 50 mm with 1.5 mm material thickness, suitable for reliable support in warehouse racking. Supplied including 2 locking pins for correct locking in the frame.
Application in the warehouse
In pallet racking, beams form the connection between the uprights and determine the bay width and the support point for pallets. With this Still beam you create a neat, uniform racking layout and ensure that loads are controllably transferred within the racking bay.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Useful for damage repair, reorganisation or expansion of existing Still racking: you replace a beam quickly without dismantling the entire bay. The included locking pins help to mount the beam immediately ready for use and safely.
Suitable for pallets
With a beam length of 2200 mm, this beam pair fits two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
