This new SSI Schäfer beam (INP100) is designed to quickly make a pallet racking level stable and usable again, for example when replacing or expanding an existing racking bay. With a length of 2900 mm and a profile size of 100 mm, it forms a sturdy base for supporting and positioning pallets within your racking configuration. The 2 included locking pins ensure correct locking into the frame.

In daily logistics, the right beam determines the stability and load capacity of each storage level. This beam is used when building or repairing racking bays, for example during damage repair, reorganization, or adding extra levels within an existing SSI Schäfer pallet racking.

According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 866.7 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 2 euro pallets and 1 block pallet (three pallets total) also fits. This size is suitable for bays specifically arranged for this type of pallet.
