This Nimar tubular beam type PC/4 is a beam for pallet racking that connects two uprights, forming the support surface for pallets and shelf levels. With a length of 2700 mm and a beam height of 140 mm, this is a commonly used size for efficient warehouse layout. The beam is finished in RAL 5010 (gentian blue) and is supplied with 2 locking pins for secure locking.

Application in the warehouse

A beam determines the width of your bay and directly contributes to the safety and stability of the racking. This version with 1.5 mm material thickness is suitable for situations where you need reliable support for daily handling with pallet trucks or forklifts, for example in distribution, production and wholesale.

With a beam length of 2700 mm, three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) fit side by side on this pair of beams. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 800 mm. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
