This new Polypal frame is a complete side frame for pallet racking and forms the supporting base of a racking bay. With an assembled size of 5000 x 1100 mm, it is suitable for warehouses where height utilization and a sturdy setup are central. The frame is constructed from 2 S525 uprights with a profile of 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, designed for reliable racking construction.
Application in the warehouse
The frame is positioned as an upright frame on the left and right sides of a racking bay, after which beams are hung to create levels. The combination of horizontal and diagonal bracing provides the necessary rigidity, while the base plates effectively transfer forces to the floor. Ideal for new construction or reconfiguration of pallet racking systems.
