Robust frame pallet racking component for stable and safe storage
This new Polypal complete frame is designed as a load-bearing side component of a pallet racking system and forms, together with the beams, a reliable basis for your warehouse storage. With an assembled dimension of 9250 x 1100 mm, this frame offers a solid solution for high storage systems, where stability and dimensional accuracy are essential. The frame is constructed from two uprights type S320 (85 mm wide, 63 mm deep) with corresponding base plates, bracing and fastening material.
Application in the warehouse
Frames are used to build racking aisles, support levels and structurally anchor the racking system. The 1100 mm depth is suitable for standard pallet formats and helps position loads neatly within the racking profile. Thanks to horizontal and diagonal bracing, the structure gains the required rigidity for daily intensive use.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Ideal for B2B projects where you want to expand a racking system or replace a damaged frame with a new Polypal component. Delivery is unassembled so that transport and handling on site remain efficient, unless otherwise stated.
