Complete frame as stable basis for safe pallet storage
This new Polypal frame (type S320) forms the load-bearing side of your pallet racking and is designed for reliable construction or replacement within a warehouse setup. With an assembled dimension of 12000 x 1100 mm, this frame provides a solid foundation on which beams are placed, so pallet positions can be built tightly and safely. The uprights have a profile dimension of approximately 85 mm wide and 63 mm deep, contributing to a stable upright structure.
Application in the warehouse
A frame is essential for the stability of the racking bay: it carries the load through the uprights down to the floor and, together with the bracing, provides lateral rigidity. This complete frame is supplied with base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and associated fastening material, so you can immediately realize a full-fledged frame side.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Convenient when you want to replace a damaged frame or expand a racking line with a consistent, complete component. Delivery is unassembled (unless otherwise stated), which facilitates transport and handling on site.
