This new Polypal frame forms the stable side support of your pallet racking and is intended for professional warehouse fit-out where reliability and dimensional accuracy are important. This is a complete frame with uprights of type M53R and an assembled dimension of 3000 x 1100 mm, suitable as a basis for building up or repairing a racking bay.
Application in the warehouse
A frame carries the load via the uprights and bracing down to the floor and determines the depth of the racking. With the 1100 mm depth and the M53R uprights (110 mm wide, 89 mm deep), this component can be used in common pallet racking where a sturdy, straight structure is essential for safe storage and efficient order picking.
Practical for replacement or extension
Because the frame is supplied complete including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and associated fixing materials, it is a practical choice for quick replacement or extension. It is delivered unassembled, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
