New frame as a stable base for safe pallet racking
This complete Polypal frame is a new pallet racking component that serves as the load-bearing side structure of your racking. With an assembled size of approx. 9500 x 1100 mm, it forms a robust base on which beams are placed, allowing you to build storage locations that are tight and reliable.
Application in the warehouse
In day-to-day warehouse logistics, the quality of the frame determines the stability of the entire racking row. This frame is built up from two M320 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) with base plates and bracing, ensuring forces are distributed evenly and the structure remains sturdy under intensive use.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Suitable for projects where you want to quickly replace or expand with new Polypal components. The frame is supplied unassembled (unless stated otherwise) and comes complete with the associated mounting hardware, keeping assembly and planning on-site efficient.
