Robust frame as a stable base for safe pallet racking
This new Polypal frame is a complete upright section for pallet racking, intended as a load-bearing side structure onto which beams are mounted. With an assembled dimension of approximately 12750 x 1100 mm, the frame forms a solid basis for an orderly and reliable warehouse layout. The system is fitted with M320 uprights (110 mm wide, 83 mm deep) and is supplied including base plates, horizontal and diagonal bracing and the corresponding fixing materials.
Application in the warehouse
Frames are essential for the stability and alignment of racking rows. The combination of bracing and uprights creates a rigid structure that absorbs load and dynamics in the warehouse. This frame is suitable for professional environments where continuous storage, movement and picking take place.
Practical for replacement or expansion
Useful when you want to expand an existing Polypal setup or replace a damaged frame without having to assemble individual parts. Delivery is unassembled, unless stated otherwise, which simplifies transport and handling on site.
