This used Toyota beam is intended as a horizontal support in a pallet racking system and, together with the uprights, forms the level on which pallets or carriers rest. This is a Lightbeam type with a length of 3900 mm and a profile size of 100 x 50 mm, supplied including 2 locking pins for secure locking in the frame.

Application in the warehouse

In daily logistics environments, beams are used to create rack bays at the correct width and to efficiently utilize storage capacity. At 3900 mm, this beam is suitable for wide bays where continuity and stability are important for order picking, buffer storage, or pallet storage.

With a beam length of 3900 mm, this pair of beams accommodates four euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 881.2 mm. This length is often chosen for rack bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
