This used Toyota beam is a practical choice for repairing or expanding a pallet racking system with original racking materials. It concerns a Toyota Lightbeam type TPB0480 with a beam length of 2900 mm and a profile size of 100 x 50 mm, designed to connect frames to each other and thereby create a stable storage position. The beam is supplied including 2 locking pins for correct locking into the upright profile.

Application in the warehouse

A beam determines the width of a bay and, together with the beams on the opposite side, forms the support surface for pallets or carriers. In case of damage, reconfiguration, or capacity expansion, a suitable beam is essential to make the racking safely usable again and to keep the warehouse layout efficient.

As an alternative, a combination of 2 euro pallets and 1 block pallet (three pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
