This used Toyota beam (type TPB 0442) is intended as a horizontal support beam in a pallet racking system and, together with the uprights, forms the level on which pallets can safely rest. With a length of 3900 mm and a profile of 120 x 50 mm, this is a practical solution for repairing or building up a racking bay without investing in entirely new material. Includes 2 locking pins for proper locking.

Application in the warehouse

In daily warehouse processes, beams provide stability, load-bearing capacity and a neat layout of storage positions. This beam is used between two frames to create a span, for example for bulk storage or order picking locations with pallet spaces across the full width.

According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 881.2 mm. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
