Used beam for a stable and safe bay layout in your pallet racking

This used Toyota beam is intended as a horizontal support in a pallet racking system and, together with the uprights, forms the load-bearing surface for pallet positions. This concerns type TPB0436/2 with a length of 2200 mm and a profile size of 160 x 50 mm, made of 2.0 mm steel. For additional securing, 2 locking pins are included, so the beam stays firmly in place on the upright.

Application in the warehouse

A beam determines the width of your bay and directly contributes to the stability of the racking. This 2200 mm version is used where a reliable span is needed for pallet storage and where safe locking is important during daily loading and unloading with a forklift or reach truck.

Practical for replacement or expansion

Ideal when you want to replace a damaged beam or expand an existing Toyota pallet racking with matching racking material. Due to its used nature, this is a cost-effective choice for maintenance and optimization of your warehouse layout, without compromising on a solid structure.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 2200 mm, this pair of beams provides space for two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. As an alternative, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
