Reliable used beam for safe pallet storage and quick installation

This used Toyota beam is a strong horizontal support profile for pallet racking and, together with the uprights, forms the level on which pallets are stored. It concerns type TPB 0436/1.5 with a length of 3100 mm and a profile size of 160 x 50 mm, made with a 1.5 mm material thickness. For extra operational reliability, the beam is supplied including 2 locking pins, so the connection with the frame can be properly secured.

Application in the warehouse

Ideal for building up or repairing a shelf level in a Toyota pallet racking system. This beam is used where load capacity, dimensional accuracy and a stable connection are important, for example with varying pallet flows, order picking locations or bulk storage.

Practical for replacement or extension

A used beam is an efficient choice when you want to quickly replace a damaged beam or create extra bays without renewing the entire racking bay. With the included locking pins, you can install it immediately and get the racking safely operational again.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3100 mm, this pair of beams accommodates three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained here, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 933.3 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
