With a length of 3300 mm, this component is suitable for making an existing bay operational again or for creating extra levels while maintaining the familiar structure of your Toyota pallet racking system. The included locking pins ensure secure locking during use.

Application in the warehouse

In daily logistics processes, the correct beam is essential for stability and safe pallet storage. This profile with approx. 150 x 50 mm and 1.50 mm material thickness is used to connect racking bays widthwise and securely couple them to the frame, keeping storage locations organized, accessible, and reliable.

According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clear space of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which translates to an average maximum pallet width of 1000 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This size matches bays specifically set up for this type of pallet.
