This used Toyota Lightbeam beam from the TPB series is intended as a horizontal load-bearing beam in Toyota pallet racking and helps you quickly make a racking bay operational again. With a length of 3100 mm you build a fixed span, while the height of 150 mm and material thickness of 1.50 mm provide a practical balance between strength and manageability. The delivery is complete with 2 locking pins for reliable locking in the frame.

Application in the warehouse

In daily logistics, the right beam determines the layout of your storage locations and the stability of each level. This beam forms the connection between the uprights and contributes to consistent dimensioning, so that pallet positions remain neatly aligned and the racking bay is suitable for intensive use with internal transport.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3100 mm, this pair of beams accommodates three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 933.3 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
