This used Toyota beam from the Lightbeam series is intended as a load-bearing pallet racking component with which you connect two frames and form a reliable pair of beams for your storage bay. With a length of 2200 mm and a profile of 150 x 50 mm, you support pallets and carriers in a solid manner, while the material thickness of 1.50 mm fits with a practical, efficient use of racking materials. The beam is supplied including 2 locking pins for correct and safe locking.

Application in the warehouse

In every pallet racking system, the right beam determines the stability of the level and the usability of the storage location. This Toyota TPB 0415/1.5 is mounted between two uprights to build up or repair a section, for example in the event of damage to a beam, to address sagging, or to reorganize racking bays.

Practical for replacement or expansion

A smart choice when you quickly need used beams to keep an existing Toyota setup operational or to expand it without unnecessary downtime. Since the locking pins are included, you can mount immediately and specifically replace a damaged or missing component.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 2200 mm, this pair of beams accommodates two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
