This used Redirack 2C beam is designed for supporting and connecting pallet racking into a safe and load-bearing bay. With a length of 2200 mm and a profile of 160 x 50 mm, this beam forms a solid basis for building or restoring storage levels. Includes 2 locking pins for a locked assembly into the upright profile.

Application in the warehouse

In a warehouse environment, the correct beam is essential for straight racking construction, even load distribution and safe handling with a forklift or reach truck. This beam is placed between two uprights to create the span on which decks, grids or pallets can rest, depending on the layout of the bay.

With a beam length of 2200 mm, this pair of beams provides space for two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets in total) also fits. This size is suited to bays specifically configured for this type of pallet.
