With a length of 2200 mm and a profile height of 104 mm (50 mm thick), this is a practical choice when you want to maintain existing racking or make efficient adjustments without unnecessary downtime.

Application in the warehouse

You use the beam to create or restore levels in your racking, so that pallets and carriers can be stored stably and clearly. Locking pins help prevent the beam from coming loose unintentionally during daily handling, such as entering and exiting with a forklift or reach truck.

In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
