This used Jungheinrich beam is intended as a horizontal support within a pallet racking system and, together with the uprights, forms the level on which pallets or carriers rest. This is a Lightbeam version with a length of 2900 mm and a profile size of approximately 100 x 50 mm, supplied including 2 locking pins for correct locking in the frame.

Application in the warehouse

In the warehouse, the beam layout directly determines the available storage heights and the stability of each racking bay. This beam is used to create or restore a level, for example in case of damage, reconfiguration, or when you want to quickly realize additional storage positions within an existing Jungheinrich setup.

Practical for replacement or expansion

For B2B users, a used beam is a cost-efficient choice for maintenance or expansion with racking components. Since the locking pins are included, you can replace parts specifically and complete the installation quickly without having to order separate additions.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 2900 mm, this pair of beams provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clear space of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 866.7 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 2 euro pallets and 1 block pallet (three pallets in total) also fits. This size matches bays specifically set up for this type of pallet.
