Used pallet racking beam for a stable and safe storage width

This used Jungheinrich beam is intended for building up or repairing a pallet racking level in your warehouse. With a length of 3300 mm, it forms the horizontal support bar between the uprights and supports pallets and carriers at the correct storage height. The beam has a profile of 130 x 50 mm and is supplied including 2 locking pins for securing.

Application in the warehouse

In a racking installation, the beam determines the span and load-bearing surface of the bay. This type is used when you want to replace a damaged beam or when you want to add an extra level within an existing Jungheinrich setup. The material thickness of 1.5 mm contributes to a robust design for daily internal transport.

For technical services and warehouse managers, this beam is an efficient choice for maintenance, repair, or expansion with used racking materials. Delivery with locking pins helps to quickly make the racking bay operational again, without unnecessary downtime.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3300 mm, this pair of beams provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 1000 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
