This used Jungheinrich beam is a sturdy cross connection for pallet racking and, together with the uprights, forms a stable storage bay. Thanks to the Lightbeam profile, it is suitable for practical warehouse applications where you want to quickly create a bay width or replace a damaged beam. The beam has a length of 3300 mm and a height of 150 mm, with a material thickness of 1.75 mm for a solid, professional build.

Application in the warehouse

In a pallet racking system, the beam determines the bay width and directly contributes to the safety of your storage. This version is supplied including 2 locking pins, so that after installation the beam is properly secured, limiting unwanted detachment during daily use.

Ideal for companies that want to expand cost-effectively with used racking materials or quickly carry out a repair with an original Jungheinrich beam. Thanks to the clear dimensions (3300 x 150 x 50 mm), it can easily be planned into existing projects and maintenance work.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3300 mm, this pair of beams provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 1000 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This size corresponds to bays specifically set up for this type of pallet.
