This used Jungheinrich beam (AUF'B'E' 0413) is intended to quickly make a pallet racking level stable and operational again, for example when replacing or expanding an existing racking bay. With a length of 3000 mm and a profile size of 130 x 50 mm, it forms a solid base for carrying and positioning pallets within your racking configuration. The material thickness of 1.5 mm contributes to a robust construction. The 2 included locking pins ensure correct locking in the frame.

Application in the warehouse

A beam connects two uprights and determines the bay width and layout of your storage. This version is suitable for restoring a level, bringing back a neat bay size, and ensuring safe handling with a forklift or reach truck.

With a beam length of 3000 mm, this pair of beams provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clear space of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, which amounts to an average maximum pallet width of 900 mm. As an alternative, a combination of 2 euro pallets and 1 block pallet (three pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
