Robust pallet racking beam for a safe and stable bay layout

This used Esmena 2C beam is intended as a load-bearing beam in a pallet racking system and, together with the frames, forms a solid basis for storing pallets and warehouse goods. The beam is supplied including 2 locking pins, so you can properly secure the connection with the uprights. With a length of 3900 mm and a profile of 165 x 50 mm, this is a practical choice for realising or restoring wide bays within Esmena setups from before 2014 (JH).

Application in the warehouse

In daily operations, the right beam determines the stability of your racking and the reliability of the load. This beam is positioned at the desired level height to create support points for pallets, carriers or shelves, with the locking pins helping to prevent accidental release.

Practical for replacement or expansion

Ideal when you want to replace damaged beams or expand existing Esmena rows with identical components. Used material can be a cost-efficient solution in this respect, without compromising on the functional role of the component in your pallet racking.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3900 mm, this beam pair accommodates four euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 881.2 mm. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
