This used Esmena beam from the GNA series is designed for building up or restoring a reliable beam pair in a pallet racking system. With a length of 3300 mm and a profile of 135 x 50 mm, it forms the load-bearing connection between the uprights, so that pallets and carriers can be placed neatly and safely at bay height. Supplied including 2 locking pins for locking into the frame.

Application in the warehouse

A beam is essential to the load-bearing structure of your racking: it determines the bay width and supports the loading in storage aisles, picking zones and buffer racking. This used part is suitable for Esmena systems (pre-2014) and is often used for damage repair, reconfiguration or reorganising storage positions.

Practical for replacement or extension

Ideal when you quickly need a matching Esmena beam without replacing complete racking sections. As it is supplied with locking pins, you can install it directly and get the racking operational again while maintaining a professional, consistent build-up.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3300 mm, this beam pair accommodates three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 1000 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This size matches bays specifically set up for this type of pallet.
