This used Esmena 2C-beam (type GNA 11641) is intended for pallet racking where you need a stable and safe span per level. With a length of 2200 mm and a profile of 85 x 41 mm, this beam forms the basis for carrying and positioning pallets within a racking bay. Supplied including 2 locking pins, so the connection to the frame can be properly secured.

Application in the warehouse

A beam determines the free span between the uprights and makes it possible to place levels at the desired height. This component is suitable for Esmena systems from before 2014 and is often used for adjustments to layout, picking locations, or storage capacity in existing pallet racking.

Ideal when you want to replace a damaged beam or add an extra level with material that matches your existing Esmena configuration. Due to its used condition, this is a practical choice for cost-conscious expansion without unnecessary downtime.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 2200 mm, this pair of beams accommodates two block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. According to the NEN-EN 15512 standard, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, which corresponds to an average maximum pallet width of 987.5 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet (two pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
