In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clear spacing of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 1033.3 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This length is often chosen for racking bays with a fixed, uniform pallet layout.
