This used Esmena tubular beam (type G 7035) is intended as a horizontal support between the uprights of a pallet racking. With a length of 3300 mm and a profile of 70 x 35 mm, this beam forms a solid basis for carrying and distributing pallet loads. The beam is supplied including 2 locking pins, so the connection with the frame can be properly secured.

Application in the warehouse

In a warehouse environment, beams are crucial for organizing storage levels and safely placing pallets. This Esmena beam is suitable for use within Esmena systems from before 2014, where a reliable beam-to-frame connection is essential for daily handling with a forklift or reach truck.

Practical for replacement or expansion

Ideal when you want to replace a damaged beam or expand an existing racking configuration with used racking material. Thanks to the included locking pins, you can quickly continue building with consistent components within your existing Esmena setup.

Suitable for pallets

With a beam length of 3300 mm, this beam pair provides space for three euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm) or three block pallets (1000 x 1200 mm) side by side. In accordance with NEN-EN 15512, a minimum clearance of 75 mm between the pallets is maintained, corresponding to an average maximum pallet width of 1000 mm. Alternatively, a combination of 1 euro pallet and 2 block pallets (three pallets in total) also fits. This size corresponds to bays specifically arranged for this type of pallet.
