Robust mesh deck pallet racking component for safe load support

This mesh deck shelf is designed to rest on beam pairs of a pallet racking system and creates a stable, permeable shelf base for pallets and loose items. With dimensions of 1090 x 1100 mm and a maximum uniformly distributed load capacity of 800 kg, it is a practical solution when you want to reinforce the storage floor or close open bays without solid plates.

Application in the warehouse

In a 1100 mm deep pallet racking system, the mesh deck supports the load directly on the beams. The mesh size of 60 x 100 mm provides good visibility and air circulation, while reinforcing profiles transfer the weight in a controlled manner. The turned edges of 35 mm at the front and rear overhang the beams for neat, stable positioning, suitable for beam thickness 40–50 mm.

Practical for replacement or expansion

Supplied per pallet of 100 pieces: efficient for project-based expansion, uniform bay division or quick replacement within existing racking materials. Available ex-stock and ready to use as a compatible accessory within selected systems.
